Adrienne is an urbanist, strategist, and researcher. In her role at SHS Consulting, Adrienne leads human-centred design approaches to understanding the lived experiences of individuals facing housing affordability challenges. She spends her time facilitating conversations and developing strategies for business model innovation in the housing sector. Over the past five years, Adrienne has co-authored several research papers, housing strategies, and plans for all levels of government across Canada, non-profit housing providers, and community agencies aimed at creating change in our housing and human services systems. Adrienne will contribute her understanding of municipal housing and innovation strategies and her design thinking practice to the StudentDwellTO team.
